Your satisfaction is at the heart of the Pera Paris experience. If you wish to return an item, we invite you to review our return and refund policy outlined below.
1. Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return an item. You must then return the item to us within a maximum period of 7 days after our confirmation.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return: The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. It must be returned in its original packaging with all its accessories: dust bag, box, certificate of authenticity, and intact tags. Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items cannot be returned.
3. Return Procedure
1. Send a request to retour@peraparis.com, including your order number and the reason for the return.
2. You will receive the return instructions and address by email.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
4. Refund
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will confirm by email the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase, within 7 to 10 business days. Initial shipping costs are not refundable, except in the event of an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size or another model, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
6. Defective Items or Order Errors
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange an exchange or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Pera Paris reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions outlined above.
