1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between Pera Paris and any person making a purchase through the website www.peraparis.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”). Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes and may show slight differences from the delivered product. Each bag comes with its accessories: dust bag, certificate of authenticity, and premium packaging.

3. Prix

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery costs. Pera Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the Customer the application of the price in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order

The Customer selects the desired products and validates their order after reviewing the cart. The order is confirmed once full payment has been received. Pera Paris reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute with the Customer or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is made through the secure methods available on the website (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Banking information is encrypted and does not pass through Pera Paris servers.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the order. Delivery times are specified when placing the order and may vary depending on the destination. Transport-related risks remain the responsibility of Pera Paris until the package is delivered to the Customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. The return conditions and procedures are specified in Pera Paris’s Return and Refund Policy.

8. Legal Guarantees

The products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity (Articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website www.peraparis.com (texts, images, logo, design, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

10. Protection of Personal Data

The personal data collected during the order process is used solely for purchase processing and customer support. Pera Paris is committed to protecting confidentiality and will never share this data with unauthorized third parties.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Pera Paris reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the website at the time of the order.
